The boarding kennel owner reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog if it is considered to be in an unfit condition for boarding. Bitches in season are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Please review the following documentation prior to placing a booking.

Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccination must be shown every time your dog visits the kennels. INTRAC Kennel cough IS COMPULSORY and if your dog has not already been vaccinat4ed contact your veterinary surgeon for this treatment. Vaccination cards are checked on arrival any vaccinations not up top date entry to kennels will not be permitted. Any vaccination must be given at least seven days before the start of the boarding period. If your dog has a pet passport or has had a rabies vaccination we need to see the documentation regarding this, rabies vaccinations need to be given 28 days before entry to kennels.

DEPARTURES: Mon to Sat ..... 9 -12am & 1- 5pm Sun ... l0 -12am only

INSPECTIONS: Mon to Sat .... 9 -12am & 1- 3pm No inspections on a Sunday

( NO ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES WILL BE PERMITTED OUTSIDE THESE TIMES, IF THE GATES ARE CLOSED DO NOT ENTER, YOUR DOG WILL BE BOARDED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN YOU MAY COLLECT AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT ... PLEASr;:; RESPECT OUR PRIVACY AFTER CLOSING TIME)

VETERINARY CARE & COSTS: We strongly advise all owners to have private medical insurance for their dog Kennel insurance covers accidents only. ROBSON & PRESCOTT in Morpeth will carry out any veterinary treatment required.

If your dog requires tablets / medication this will incur no extra cost. If injections, dressing changes etc are needed the charge will vary for each individual case. We need to be supplied with detailed instructions from your vet concerning the procedure to be followed.

\I\!e do not require dishes or food (unless asked for due to a special diet).
